Born and raised at Dressuurstal Rutten, Karthago was purchased shortly after he had been saddle broken. One of the most easy-going young horses Esmee has ever ridden, his new home was a match made in heaven for both horse and rider. The new owners have successfully trained and competed on him, with occasional lessons and “boot camps” from Esmee.
Karthago has one of the greatest and most easy going personalities I have ever encountered in a horse. He is fun to ride and just overall a happy horse. There are many fun memories that I will cherish both riding and coaching his owner’s on this big-hearted gelding. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of the journey.
